But first, just exactly what is a Paleo Diet?…
It’s a very popular diet on which you basically eat like a caveman. You can eat fruits and vegetables, lean meats (preferably grass fed), seafood, nuts & seeds, and healthy fats.
You should avoid all processed foods and refined sugars, dairy, grains, legumes, starches, and alcohol.
BBQ fits nicely in a Paleo diet. That’s why I wrote PaleoQue. Those poor Paleo dieters were cooking their Boston butts in crockpots and boiling their ribs and doing other terrible, unmentionable things to their chicken and briskets! The horror! The horror!!
