If you lightly chop all of this, a good blender can take care of the rest. Will work for 2 - 3 slabs of baby backs. Marinate with some of the sauce for 4 - 8 hours. Reserve remainder of sauce for dipping later. I smoke the ribs on a gas grill with hickory at about 250 for 5 hours. Basting occasionally with some of the reserve sauce.
These are pretty spicy and go great with Pad Thai.
